While it's not a "true" ceramic coating, I have been please with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price *by A***R on March 20, 2024* Good value ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its good. *by P***R on March 7, 2024* I used basic car shampoo and TW wax n Dry for years. Every time I wash, I use Wax n Dry. It works. The protective coat lasts about 2-3 weeks at best weeks outside in the elements. I live in FL with searing sun and monsoon rains. So I am trying these hybrid products together to see if I can up my UV protection game for a new truck that I have to keep outside. I’ve used the hybrid stuff for about 4 months now. My review is as follows: 1. The wax is easy to use and left a very nice finish on my white Ram and garaged Red Challenger. The plastics looked protected with a little sheen. I did the strip, clay, apply, +24hour 2nd apply. Protection seemed great at first. Crud would just flake off for the first week or so but eventually stuff sticks to it. I will say that this product seems to do a decent job, and for what it’s worth I am happy with it. My garaged car still feels freshly waxed, even after a few months. 2. The soap is odd. It's not foamy. It does an ok job but I feel like it is not as good at cutting grease as some of the other soaps I've used. I'd say it’s a gentile detergent which I probably easy on the protective coatings. 3. The 3 in 1 is good for spot protection (bird poo removal, etc) but I wouldn’t wash a car that sits outside in the elements with it, or any of the dry wash products for that matter. That just seems like a bad idea to me. I dusted a garaged car with it and it left a nice buffed finish. The car didn’t have sun baked grime on it, and had been washed a few weeks prior. It’s not a daily driver. I have also been using the TW wax and dry (both the regular OG and hybrid) and find they are good products. Not sure the hybrid is a league ahead of the OG (wax n dry) but they are good for easy extra protection after a wash. The protection lasts a week or two in the elements here. Unless you are using some industrial grade coatings think over the counter weekend warrior stuff will need maintenance. After about two months the hybrid wax was still working, water was still beading after wash, but not as intensely. I started doing the wax n dry again after washes. I wash every 2 to 3 weeks. I am happy when I see water beading after a wash. It tells me there is still a coat of protection. In summary, I find that these products do a decent job of keeping a protective coat on but if you are not keeping a car indoors, than you’d better have a maintenance routine.
