## Features

- PA6 and PA66 Nylon Copolymer: PolyMide CoPA combines Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6 to provide a practical balance of strength, toughness and impact resistance. Designed for gears, brackets, clips, housings and durable mechanical parts.
- Strong and Tough Functional Parts: Unlike rigid fiber-reinforced nylon, CoPA can flex under load before breaking, making it a practical choice for parts exposed to repeated handling, vibration or impact. Part performance depends on geometry and print orientation.
- Low-Warp Nylon Printing: Warp-Free technology helps reduce warping without requiring a heated chamber. Use a 25–50°C build plate and keep the chamber or surrounding temperature below 50°C for the technology to work as intended.
- Recommended Print Settings: Print at 250–270°C with a speed of 30–50 mm/s and keep the cooling fan off. An all-metal hotend capable of at least 250°C is recommended. CoPA is unfilled, so a hardened nozzle is not required.
- Drying and Post-Processing: CoPA is highly hygroscopic. If moisture is suspected, dry it at 80°C for 10 hours and print directly from a dry box when possible. Anneal printed parts at 80°C for 6 hours to improve crystallization and obtain the intended thermal performance.
