The shift light has a really nice housing that is low profile and fits in tight spaces. It came with a really dim single led on a small board. The led was about 2mm x 2mm.The good news is you can buy different led bulbs and put them in this nice inexpensive housing. I ended up using a red led 1156 bulb, some clear epoxy, and some wiring I had laying around.This is still a good product that is worth the money, but its certainly not bright enough to be a shift light used during the day unless you modify it. I'm quite happy with this purchase.
