I would worry more about why you are using a mac instead of a pc. **Q: Do you guys do refund? Am thinking of buying this for school but based on some of the reviews it doesn't look durable and its very concerning.** A: My daughter bought it for her daughter and she really liked it **Q: Where are the pendants and charms in the bag, I can’t find them?** A: they come in a separate baggy if i can recall right the baggy should’ve been on top of the bag **Q: Could this hold a large gaming laptop?** A: It depends on what "large" refers to in size. But i can say that at the very least, most if not all gaming laptops I've seen would easily fit into this backpack. She only carry a single 1/2 binder and her Mac book for school but here we are 3 weeks into school and the strap broke. I would say this would be good for light use and not school. ### ⭐ Cheap thin materials. *by L***U on November 22, 2022* This backpack is super cute. I love the style and I love the little accessories it comes with. The big issue is that the backpack itself is made of very cheap materials. After about 1.5 months of use both clasps on the straps (the strap adjusters) snapped in half so I couldn't even wear this bag anymore. I used superglue and a 3d printing pen to fix the strap adjusters cause the bag is so cute but this isn't a great fix. The buckle on one of the front pockets broke off sometime after that and I can't find it. Also one of the zippers doesn't work anymore.
