The build quality is sturdy and the size works well for our Staffordshire terrier giving plenty of room to lie down and turn around. Having doors placed both as the end and at the side leaves good options when deciding where to place the create for easy access. It is nice and light but still very strong, I am able to lift and move it without much trouble to clean it. The removable tray simply slides out from one side for an easy clean. Comfort level is fine with or without additional cushioning because the plastic tray doesn’t get cold and the mechanism to secure the doors is better than our previous crate from a well know pet shop. I have yet to encounter a pet shop wore crate that opens and closes as easily and securely as this one.
