I have a lot of hip and lower back pain and not sure what to pick.** A: Initiallyw when they are new, both soft and medium will feel similar but after using a few weeks. The soft will be much more playable. The soft will give more of a soothing overall massage while the medium and firm will reach specific pressure points for a deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy type experience. It comes with a strap....I dont forsee myself carrying this around outside my home but go for it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love these, similar to medium, soft slightly less dense, but… *by R***K on January 8, 2023* I do love these rollers and I got the medium first but gave it to my (now ex lol) but we still talk and have fun, so still in contact… :) (She cool just didn’t work out for us, anyway…). I compared the the blue medium I gave her and the white soft I got myself and they are very close to the same density, but…. I did notice that the soft one does break in more over time because it did feel just as dense medium one. But if you want a little softer (still not much softer) just use it and give it a little time, because it does get a little softer compered to medium one over time. I would have got the medium again but the white soft was only $20! I’m still happy with it and don’t notice much of a difference to care. But if the medium was $20 I would go for that just because I would assume it would last longer since it’s a little denser, otherwise, the soft should be perfect unless you need very firm and are above 230lbs (estimate as I’m 6’1 and 200lbs).
