## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is Reflux Gourmet’s Vanilla Caramel Rescue & Mint Chocolate Rescue?**
A: Reflux Gourmet’s Rescue products are the first all-natural alginate (or seaweed-based) product. Created by world expert reflux surgeons and an incredible chef to support you on your daily journey to happiness.

**Q: How do the Rescue products work?**
A: When Reflux Gourmet reaches the stomach, it forms a gel that gently floats on top of stomach contents, creating a temporary physical barrier. The gel gradually breaks down and is naturally digested over time. (See video on our listing for more.)

**Q: When do I take Reflux Gourmet’s Rescue?**
A: The most common time our Rescue products are taken is after meals and before bed, but it may be taken any time. If you consume our Rescue products around food, it should be taken last so that it can sit on top of the food.

**Q: Is there anything to watch for?**
A: There is nothing in our formula that is not in your cupboard right now. Review our ingredients label and rejoice! Our products are made entirely from ingredients considered safe in children and during pregnancy.

**Q: Is it suitable for long term use?**
A: Yes! Our products may be used as much or as little as needed, whenever you need them, for as long as you need them. And because our products do not alter the way your body functions, there is no risk of dependence or rebound reflux.
