A: This is only peroxide you need to mix with powder bleach it may go orange on blue hair

**Q: Will it turn caramel hair blonde**
A: If by caramel you mean light brown/dark blonde, I’d say to go with 30vol! Or maybe even 20vol. Never ever use 40vol, unless you want damaged hair😅

**Q: is this safe to use on already bleached white hair? I need to lighten some areas more than others but need to know how safe it is first**
