Use it for more flowers/fruits.
Bone meal is primarily a source of phosphorus, which helps plants flower and bear fruits. Steamed bone meal helps in easier release of phosphorus in the soil. It is considered a slow acting fertilizer, however finely grounded bonemeal, like this brand, acts faster than the coarsely grounded ones.I couldn't find any faults in this brand, yes there are some ungrounded particles, but they gradually dissolve with water.Use bonemeal if you are struggling with blossom drop, or low fruit yield. Cover your nose while applying it, as it tends to disperse and smells rather nasty.Happy gardening!

If your plants are just ok, try this they will be happier
I don't have much knowledge about gardening. But I knew my plants needed something extra for their growth. I searched and thought of trying bone meal. To my surprise, I am getting very good results in plants. My plants are getting new shoots. Pathora leaves are healthier and bigger. I am veryHappy with the product

Very nice product
This is a very nice product if one knows how to use it. For a small plant up to 1-2 feet high not more than one spoon should be used. I dissolve it in water and then sprinkle it in my plant pots. As it is a solid fertilizer it takes about a week to show its effect. Also one should only add such heavy fertilizer if the plant is continuously growing. If it is in dormant state then wait for at least a month. Plants have dormant & growing phases through out the year and so sometimes they may not respond to fertilizers but this doesn't mean that they are dead or the fertilizer is not working. Since i use this in very moderate quantity, I can easily last on one packet of this for 3-4 months. Here i would like to describe the way I use it on my plants :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have got very good results from this fertilizer using@1 spoon in every 2 weeks but i also sprinkle some Honey+Ghee+Cow dung water and the bloody stinky waste water used for washing the Chicken/Fish twice a month. All these I use in very moderate quantity like not more than half a mug of Chicken/Fish waste water per plant and 1 spoon ghee+half spoon honey+1 spoon Cow dung water for 1 plant. I generally water 1 mug in alternate days(except for extreme summers) and use clay plant pots(plastic plant pots have killed my plants in rainy season due to water clogging) so that water clogging cannot damage my plants. And one last but very important thing - Good sunlight. The results are just incredible. If you use this formula your plants will for sure frequently flower with very strong smell, will have dark green leaves and plants like mango will bear sweet fruits densely every year. The only possibility that a plant may not work to the above formula will be either you have used water+fertilizers in extreme or your plant is genetically weak due to poor seed quality.I have Jasmines, Mango, Neem and Champak(Magnolia champaca) and they are all showing wonderful results.

A big NO NO to this product specifically
2nd review after one month and 2nd purchase : it's a product which is claimed that it's been well processed , however look at my posted photos and you can decide by yourself... After applying it to my rose plants all of sudden 4 healthy rose plants completely died due to fungus attack in root stem and leaves.. And within a week period of time the airtight container developed severe fungus... Just imagine what it will do your plants... My first review for the first purchase : This product has worked on few of my plants like wonder.. But in few the plants are almost in dying condition after use this product.. Not sure about the product

Effective 5 star organic manure
I used Cocogarden Steamed Bone Mill in the pots in my balcony garden and wow all the blooms have shown its worth. The best thing it has almost neutral smell and fine powder consistency helped in its quick response. Just sprinkled the stuff and turned the soft soil( all my pots have a mixture of coco peat, natural manure from Cocogarden and potting soil), watered them the next day morning. I would have appreciated if the package contained a little more of the mill.Very effective and worth buying for improved flowering; a well deserved 5 star product.

Was one of the most awaited!
Seems what it is supposed to be (though with few granules/chunks). Though pack says expired in sep'19?? Accepted as this is organic. For prospective buyers, yep I do agree, it smells nasty, had to bear everyone's ire here for. Covered my nose, used gloves. Still fearful of ants, who knows? Price also may be on higher side than locally available one but 'll prefer to go with trusted one.'ll update of my experience of effectiveness in a month, here. Please give a thumps up if my review useful!

Good product but tricky use
This takes some time to decompose and release nutrients. If you are adding it to your hardwiod plants like roses, either bury it 1 inch beneath the topsoil or use it as a liquid fertilizer. I mix it with my compost tea and leave it 4 4-5 days and then apply the liquid compost tea to the soil. Shows great results
