Review: Little Japanese style knife - I call this a Samurai Sword for 'Mini Me', you know what I mean if you ever saw the 'Austin Powers' movies, LOL. What this is, is a very small knife (just over 3" blade) that is styled like a very small, short-bladed Samurai sword. The handle has the same shape and design, but in a kind of grippy rubbery compound instead of the silk braid. The blade is the same slightly curved shape with a Tanto- styled point as a sword, but shortened to just a bit over 3". It even has a small oval blade guard, again along the same style as the sword, just a bit smaller. Comes with a well-made sheath that seems to be Kydex or a similar material. They got the sheath 'just right' in that it holds the knife securely yet it is still easy enough to remove. It seems to be extremely well made for the price, and comes out of the box SHARP, as in sharp like a Buck or (almost) a Benchmade sharp (out of the box). Fit and finish are flawless, the guard is very sturdy looking and fitted very tightly. The handle is the perfect balance of being grippy without being too grippy, and the shape really locks it into my hand. This is a small knife, with a small handle, I can't get all 4 fingers around it, as it is too short, but it has a very solid 'feel' in the hand. I think this might be the best knife I ever bought for under $25, at least in initial quality and fit/finish. I like it so much I think I'll be getting another one or two. For the price, I don't see how it can be beat.
Review: Worth Every Penny - 5 stars based on MY intended use and my EDC. This is strictly a self defense piece. I like the compactness but the handle could be another 3/8" long +/-, but I have smaller hands so its not a big deal. For it's size, it has a nice weight to it. You can feel you're holding it. The handle is comfortable and the profile is pretty narrow. The blade has a good overall finish and it is crazy sharp. The sheath is actually pretty good and I like the Level 2 retention so I don't have to worry about it falling out unintentionally, and it makes for pretty speedy presentation. My concealed carry holster is an adjustable level 1 friction retention style holster, so this isn't much different. This would make an excellent utility knife as well, if you recognize its limitations and try going Operator with it. I can't complain at all for the price. Great bargain.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice knife
*by T***O on April 7, 2026*

It’s a decent knife. I like the shape, that’s more than likely why anyone is going to purchase this knife. It’s tiny, the blade is shorter than the palm of my hand, this makes it a nice size to throw in a pocket and have on hand without feeling like you’re carrying a bunch of extra things. It didn’t come sharp but it sharpens nicely and holds an edge for a while, the geometry of the blade makes it awkward to sharper though. The sheath is very tight, it locks snugly in place. I would recommend this knife if you need something small for everyday use and like the aesthetic of the blade.
