They give you an accurate gauge of where you're at in the keto-scheme of things....am I in? Not yet? They work. The only problem, for me, is that I go on and off "keto." I'll do it religiously for 6 weeks, and then I take a little break. I always return. But when I return, the sticks no longer work. This has happened with 2 bottles. I still have 5 months before they reach their expiration, I have plenty left in the bottle, they've been properly sealed and stored, but they no longer work. There is no change of color whatsoever when I ..... you know. So I buy another bottle and compare, and Voila! The new one works and I'm back in ketosis. The upside of this is that the price is great.
