A: No. But very comfortable. Suitable for pilates and yoga maybe. But nothing that will make the girls bounce

A: It is not padded but it has a mesh kind of material, it’s 2 layers of materials. Really love this bra!

Comfortable sport bra and suitable for everyday wear. I always buy triumph. Only criticism is band comes up a little tight but with wear it will stretch. If I had sized up I think it would be too loose after some washing and wearing.
