**Q: How do use this product?**
A: This is a granule that is dissolved in water.

**Q: it has senna pods. Is it safe to take it in the long term?**
A: Not sure of the long term effect of senna pods.  I have been taking these since December 2015 with no side effects.

**Q: when is the expiration date?**
A: Interesting question as I had never looked for such a notation before.  There is a number on the bottom of the container that says 10/2020.  The container that I just finished, and which this new one is now replacing, had 03/2020.  Not sure if this is an actual date as there is no accompanying text saying what the number is - either in German or in English.
