**Q: do handles close onto lens when folded?**
A: The tips are metal and fold to the inside of the glasses and if you carry them in a bag or pocket it scratches the inside of the lens. After one week of using these there are noticeable scratches. I wish they had a softer tip.

**Q: are these lenses very dark?**
A: They are not so dark that your sight is hindered. I wear them for driving and find them to be perfect.

**Q: is it fragile?**
A: It is lightweight which makes it comfortable, but does not seem fragile.

**Q: Do these have spring hinges?**
A: Do you mean the joint between the lens snd the arm? If so, then yes, they do.

Good feel on your nose without feeling too heavy. Decent enough darkness, with the polarized coating helping with glare. I've started to wear them at night due to a lot of the newer cars on the road having severely bright headlights.* *I DO NOT recommend doing this for everyone. I have strong eyesight and others may find it difficult to see.
