Absolutely fantastic tasting tea
I first had this tea in the early '90's at Tommy's Joynt (Yep, that's how it's spelled) in San Francisco. I was living East of the Mississippi at the time, and the tea wasn't available anywhere there. Next trip I asked Tommy about the tea, and after getting the details I contacted them and became a regular customer (still am). They now market several taste blends, but the Passion Fruit Black Tea remains my favorite. As to the tea, It is a most pleasant, aromatic tea without any additional ingredients, hot or cold. I often add pineapple juice, some Natalie's Orange Juice (one of the absolute best commercially produced orange juices, available in grocery stores in the SE US from their Ft. Pierce factory) and a squeeze of fresh lime juice to contrast the sweetness naturally occurring in the other juices. It's a bit more expensive as most others, but China Mist is a good example of being worth the extra. Hot tea in our mild winter, or iced tea in our hot summers, one of the best tea's available today. Brews great iced tea just fine in my Mr. Coffee device.

Delicious!
Really good flavorful tea! The tea comes loose, so I make it in my coffee pot, let it cool then add to a gallon pitcher. I then add additional water and ice. One packet makes a strong and flavorful gallon of tea.

Love it!
I first tasted the China Mist tea at a restaurant, and since then I got hooked. I loved the tropical flavor, and the fact that it was not artificially sweet made it my favorite. It tastes as good as I remember it.

Hands down, the best tea in my pantry!
It arrived on time and when I scissored that first bag open and took the first sniff it was: "Hello honey, I'm home!". The tea I know and love even has sell by dates (long time off 2018) stamped onto all its packages. I have a pantry FULL of teas. All are okay, some are good, but there is only one that hits the pinnacle and this is it. Last time I hit my reorder button the message read 'not available'. Eventually found this vendor, and what can I say: They showed up on time, the product was fresh, and only a few bucks more than I was used to paying. Color me their new happy customer.

Something is Wrong With This Batch
I only drink China Mist Passion Iced Tea. I got hooked on it at Panda Express years ago and now it is my staple. I brew a half gallon once a week by pouring hot water over the tea in a paper filter lined strainer (to replicate the brewing method of restaurant machines). I usually purchase the large tea bags but they were out of stock for a period of time so I ordered this loose leaf commercial case. Something is just not right. The smell out of the packaging is not at all the same and the brewed tea is undrinkable. It also turns super cloudy when refrigerated which the other does not. I've tried brewing at different temps, letting it cool at room temperatures and all the tricks I could find online. Nothing helps. The tea is just bad. I am going back to the large tea bags. Unfortunately I purchased two of the large commercial cases and they are both the same. LOT# S391776-30 10:49:37 Best if used by 05/22/2022.

Best. Tea. Ever.
This is truly the best tea ever made. Smells great. Tastes great. One package and you can easily brew a gallon of tea (I brew 2 gallons from 1). Love this stuff, can't recommend it enough.
