Great BBQ book and nice story on the Chef.

Interesting reading lots of great pictures but not every recipes pictured, will make a few of them for sure

Uncomplicated simple down home style and recipes.

I’ll start by saying I don’t typically buy cookbooks or write reviews. I saw Matt Horn on a The Dish segment on CBS Morning show Sat morning, and as being both intrigued by his story and being a beginner smoker sought out and bought his book. Dlvd/read today and I am extremely happy I bought this. Book includes his story, tips and tricks, recipes and beautiful, mouth watering pictures of the finished products. Its not only a great read but great resource!

great book to add to my cookbook collection. I love he has some recipes you can cook in the oven.I am still working on my BBQ skills; this book is helping.
