I like the look and layout of the Hobonichi cousin but didn't want to make such a grand purchase if I don't stick with it, I have a bad habit of buying planners and never using them. The planner seems to be pretty good quality. There is some ghosting with the fine point markers I used and a little bleed through from one brand. The paper feels like its coated, kinda slick but not in a bad way, its very smooth, no bumps. It's undated so missing a week, or month, is no big deal. This was important to me because of my history of being inconsistent. The clear cover and Kraft paper exterior leave plenty of room for personalization. I'm happy with my purchase.
