Β I like this knife a lot. Looks cool, handles great and is overall pretty neat. The size of the blade is a little tall compared to what I usually use, but it still handles great. I'm able to slice and cut things relatively well and not lose control. I have started using this knife in my YouTube videos to show something different and that it is easy to use. I especially like it for mincing.The only thing I didn't like was that once you use it, you have to clean it and immediately dry it or it will get a rust color on it.
