This will prevent ink transfer on your heat press plate and pad. I wanted to do I white border to avoid tape prints on the black. I made my images 3.8 inches. I added butcher paper at the bottom, inside the pullow case, and on top of the pillow case to prevent bleeding. I sublimated 400 degrees for 60 seconds.
