I tell her about the importance of setting a good example for her teammates and she is in the group of girls that starts the match, leads the team cheer, and is responsible for handing out the snacks to each of her teammates. I've not noticed any problem with the quality of the material. It is a little large one a few of my girls but fits just right on some of the others. All in all though I would say it is a tad large for U6 (U6 girls anyway), but with the jersey sleeve tucked underneath it hasn't really caused any problems and the girls are really excited when it is their week to wear it. I actually just purchased a second so that if the original becomes lost of destroyed none of the girls will have to miss their turn as team captain.
