I have 3 kids ages 10, 8, & 6. Can all 3 enjoy this kit?** A: 3 will be fine with this kit. We still have some material left over and could do more experimenting. My daughter used it on her own which is good for your older kids because it is like an experiment and if you are going to learn anything in any lab,there is always one person who does it while you are still reading the directions. It is fun and kids love the idea behind tasting what they made. Although we have not made anything yummy yet. The rock candy did fail, but I don't think she followed exact directions on that. We will try again, but from the same makers, I highly recommend the magic kit, we had success with each experiment, but it is sufficiently complicated so my 10 year old and her friend had fun. **Q: Would my 13 year-old be too old for this?** A: It's a great kit and lots of fun. If your 13 year old is mature and savvy. it may not be the best.
