Review: I only use it for one thing. - I keep a supply of this to amp up my boxed mac and cheese. I use the powder that comes in the box plus a 1/3 cup of this. The flavor is more like real cheddar than what comes in the box, so it adds a little dimension. Makes it a bit more salty but not too much. It does clump a bit so I try to just sift it a bit (make sure it's not already clumped before adding the milk) and some extra stirring will usually do the trick. I've found the perfect recipe to be the normal, called for amount of butter, but double the milk! Also the packaging is not great (it's a non-resealable plastic bag) so I transfer it to a Mason jar when I open it.
Review: GF daughter loves - This product is not marked GF, but my daughter with Celiac has done well with no viable side effects. It is a great replacement for the Kraft mac & cheese. It is also awesome in melted butter and poured over air popped popcorn! Much more powdery than the gritty Kraft mac & cheese, but tastes just they same!

**Q: How do you get away with writing "Kraft" - a registered trademark, on your product label?**
A: Ingredient list for Kraft Cheese Powder Cheese Sauce Mix- Cheese sauce mix (whey, milkfat, milk protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, contains less than 2% of citric acid, lactic acid, calcium phosphate, with paprika, turmeric, and annatto added for color, enzymes, cheese culture).- This is NOT what is listed on the package in this product.

If 50 lbs are being brought and repackaged to 1 lb , FDA would require this operation to apply GMP standards and have the ingredient list reproduced on the repackaged label.

A: I don't know. Nothing is listed on the package, not even the ingredients. I called the place where it was shipped from and they could not tell me anything. I will not purchase this product again.

**Q: Is this product made by kraft brand headquarters northfield, illinois? or a fake brand.... where is it made.... is location listed on the package?**
A: I no longer have the package it came in.  I do seem to recall it said Kraft on the label. The flavor is quite good even if not from Kraft.  I ordered this once before and it definitely not from Kraft and favor was okay but clearly not from Kraft
