Review: Great audio quality, lightweight - Simply brilliant. There's are light weight, last all day long, excellent noise cancellation and unobtrusive. They're expensive, yes, but if you want the freedom to move around when on calls (like I did), nothing comes close.
Review: The charging is effortless, and they hang on an include stand to charge. - Plantronics deserves another 5-star rating for this headset. I probably can't add much more than the 1000s of reviews already left but for what it is worth - >Noise cancelling if amaaaazing. >Headset works w or w/o the USB-A dongle. My experience is the quality is just as good using shared Bluetooth on my Windows 11 computer. >Super comfortable - no pressure, covers ears. I can wear for hours. >Controls on the headset work well - I usually only use volume up / down and put the mic up to mute myself. >Also, the top part that rest on the top of my head - is very comfortable as well. >Writing this over year after I got these - they are holding up great. All surfaces look new, and the comfy bits (like padding) all look new too. >The charging is effortless, and they hang on an include stand to charge. Impossible to screw up and put on wrong. So, they always charge. Plus, the charge last so long that I never have to worry about it during a full day of use. Just a fantastic product and I appreciate the co-worker that shared the recommendations for these too!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there any way to just order the charge stand by itself? I accidentally ordered the headset only and not the charge stand.**
A: Hi, you can find it online by searching for its part number 220265-01

**Q: Can i use this to listen to inflight entertainment thru wired input?**
A: For corded mode, the headset includes a USB cable, intended for computer use, hence it wouldn't work with standard headphone jack. You could try with a standard micro-USB to 3.5mm cable and see if it works, in case your flight’s entertainment system has a standard headphone jack, though we don't guarantee hardware compatibility. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 800-985-9815.

**Q: Is this headset compatible with Nice engage application?**
A: The Voyager Focus 2 UC should work with any PC/MAC program/app as long as it supports headsets with USB connection. The included USB dongle works as a USB device and it should be selected under Sound settings for Playback and recording devices. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 800-985-9815.

**Q: Could bt700 usb-a adapter pair with two poly devices (ex. voyager 5200 & voyager focus 2) and connect these devices simultaneously ?**
A: Yes, you could have both devices paired to the BT700. Note that you will not be able to use both headsets simultaneously; instead, the benefit is that you will be able to switch between devices depending on the headset/earpiece you would like to use. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 800-985-9815.

### ⭐ It doesn't work for more than 20 minutes in a row
*by S***O on October 11, 2026*

It stops reproducing audio and sending audio after less than 20 minutes of beginning using it. Even with full battery. Even if wired. It's just a very expensive paperweight. 10/10 do not buy.
