I bought a lot for backup and am still using the original for puzzling. My granddaughter has used hers daily through college and grad school. My great granddaughter uses hers for art supplies and being creative, Before traveling to my granddaughter's wedding, I realized that my clipboard would be too large for air travel. I was elated to find Dexas still around and making a compact version. It was perfect for my trip, bunch of crosswords and some markers. Now that I'm home, I use them both. Great for kids; great for students; great for puzzlers.

Excellent, sturdy. I have a lager Dexas clipboard with built in handle, actually 6 that I purchased from the company at least 20 years ago. Love this! The purple is sparkly and sturdy. The clip in the front and the closure clip are sturdy as well, no issues. I love that i can finally hold my paperwork in it so I don't have to have a separate folder entirely. Fits great in my backpack, lightweight yet durable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clipboard with great storage!

Excellent clip board for someone on the go! The clip itself is made of metal, and is extremely strong. I am confident that if I have a piece of paper in the clip, a strong wind will not be able to blow the paper off. The board's surface is very slightly textured, but not to the extent that it would effect writing. Writing on paper on top of the board is smooth, as it should be for a clip board. What sets this board apart from regular clipboards is of course, the storage. This is great for those who need it for on the job, who have several pieces of paper that they need to store and take around with them. Storage is limited since this clipboard is slim. This makes sense as being slim makes it more mobile. With that said, you can easily carry many papers around with you. You can even carry pencils/pens with you inside the board (although there is no dedicated places for it). I gave 4 stars under Sturdiness as it is made of plastic. I am sure if you accidently step on it, chances are good that it will break. Sturdiness and Durability are the same to me. Storage Capacity I gave 5 stars, because since it is limited in storage, I feel you can fit a lot inside the board for a slim board. The clip that locks the board closed is also plastic, and tightly closes the board. I do not see it possible to accidently opening this board. With that said, opening the clip that locks the board to me is an easy task. The board itself opens nicely, having hinges that allow it to open easily and stay open. With that said, it is plastic and will break if abused. But that is true for pretty much most things. If used as a clip board should be used, I am confident this board will give many years of good quality use. I highly recommend this board.
