Review: Amazing quality. Be careful start low weights - Great quality. Be careful on how much weight u put go up gradually start very low and slow motion. If improperly used you can really damage ur disc in your neck.

I have used the chain that comes with it attaching a weight plate as well as a set of elastic band i purchased separately. No need to buy expensive bands, no brand ones work just fine. Only flaw is the chin strap could be more comfortable. I would recommend if you're working on your neck strenght.
