Love this product, Amazon seems to run out of this a lot unfortunately!! Does lovely highlights!!

The first time I ordered I got 3 boxes which was good value for money although the packaging was battered when they arrived. When I re-ordered I only received 1 box and having read the comments it seems that I'm not the only one this has happened to. This had made it go from excellent value to poor value

Product is very good but unfortunately the instructions are not in English

I have used this for years but can’t find it anywhere now. It’s the only one that doesn’t go too white or yellow and doesn’t dry my hair out. Was thrilled to find this and ordered 2 not realising this is for 3 boxes so I now have 6 which I am so pleased about . Very quick delivery and came well packaged.

There is no tube of colour cream to mix in with peroxide and with the other bleach ingredients in the box as stated on directions Compact bleach packet I was very happy with this blonde dye until I went to use it and this makes it redundant and also expensive as it is already expensive and tiny but now part is missing- long delivery time .too which I would not have minded if it was complete..it's not even returneable anyway,very convenient for seller and I was looking forward to this very much and if I could have returned it would have taken ages .They are all sold out too so don't suppose I could have gotten an exchange 😔

This is the only vendor I could find for this product. So I was happy to pay the price for one pack, but was pleasantly surprised to recieve three packs, despite what other feedback said.

Nothing wrong with the product have been buying/using this product for years. Paid and expected 3 boxes, only received 1. I asked the driver if there were any more items for me and he said he hadn't!

i have ordered this dye before ,and was happy with the product has you got 3 boxes for 13 pound which was a good deal, as one box is never enough to go over my head ,so orderd more expected another 3 box's but was in disbelief whe one box showed up which i might add was abit battered up ,13 pound is way to expensive for one box ,so unfortunately i will have to change my hair dye brand as not paying all that money.
