I have never had a problem with compatibility. I also own both mixers. **Q: how wide is the opening?** A: The rollers are just over 5 1/2 inches long. The opening at the largest setting (#1) is about 3/32nds (not quite an 1/8 of an inch). At an 8 setting it looks about 1/32nd wide. (I don't have a set of feeler gauges to get an accurate measurement.) **Q: wonder how much dough can be pushed out in an hour compared to a sheeter machine for a frozen ravioli business** A: Works great for small batches....definitely need a heavier duty machine for daily use. ## Frequently Bought Together - KitchenAid KSMPSA Pasta Roller Attachment, Silver, 1' - KitchenAid KSMMGA Metal Food Grinder Attachment, Silver - KitchenAid KSMPEXTA Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment with 6 Interchangeable Pasta Plates, White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/28360135-pasta-roller](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/28360135-pasta-roller) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
