This floor cleaner works great and dries fast. It has a nice clean smell. The first gallon I purchased was from the Amish guys who sanded and stained our floors after we installed them. The price I paid them was mentionably more than here. So finding it on Amazon was a great find! I like that there is no shine left, just a nice clean floor.

I clean our small newly remodeled church and the whole sanctuary is walnut hard wood floor. It is very beautiful and I like to keep it as nice looking as I can. But in the winter when we have to use salt melt on the side walks it of course gets tracked in and it leaves a residue on the floor that is extremely hard to get off. In fact in years past I have just had to let it wear off as I clean it each week. That did not look good, because I was just smearing it all over and leaving streaks. Anyway, I searched on line for a salt melt residue cleaner and Basic Coatings - Squeaky clean pop up. I did not want any thing that was going to harm the finish of the floor and this said it wouldn't. You can even use it for a weekly cleaner. So I took a leap and bought a gallon and mixed it like it said, 4 to 1 and put in a spray bottle and used it yesterday. I could not believe my eyes!! In fact, I just did one row at a time and letting it dry to see for sure that it is working because I couldn't hardly believe it! The church floors look better than they ever have! So very happy with the results!! Thank you!

My housekeeper said this was the brand to use for the kind of flooring I have. She makes my floors look really nice and clean. Please don’t ask me what flooring I have because I can’t remember but it looks like wood but it isn’t wood.

Used it on the stairs and it took the stains out and cleaned them up well, but there was no shine to the wood afterwards. Will be trying it in different areas of the house.

Good value for a useful product.

Did a much better job than the Bona I have used in the past. The engineered wood floor no longer leaves foot prints.

I have an older floor that butts up to a newly refinished floor and they both shine like new after being cleaned with Squeaky floor cleaner.No need to rinse no build up of wax! Both floors shine like new with no streaks!
