My cat sleeps with me every night, and she likes to jump up from the floor on to my chest, walk on my chest and lie on my chest. It has a pocket on the top and one on the bottom of the main pillow to hold your phone, remote or whatever else you need that you can't otherwise reach because you hurt too much.
