I processed three pounds of ground meat in just a few minutes! The burger jerky has been a huge hit with the family, and the snack sticks disappear the fastest. It’s easy to use as long as your ground meat isn’t too stiff. We used the included spice packs, which here a bit bland for our taste, but the whole process worked really well. Cleaning is a bit of work but you can take the whole gun apart so it can be easily washed, rinsed, and sanitized manually. We prefer the manual method because then we know it is clean. Safety first. The unit feels very sturdy and the collars which are plastic go on and off easily.
