## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you turn on and off from remote control.**
A: Hi I control my Energizer setup from my android phone ,either via the App or Google Home.
So I don't have a need for a remote.

**Q: I have 34 bulbs but can not get them all to connect. Can anyone offer some advice?**
A: Make sure you're using a 2.4ghz ... but also be aware that generally you can only have around 25 to 30 devices connected to a single 2.4ghz wifi network.

If possible, create a guest or second network with a password and you should be able to add the rest to that network.

**Q: do you need batteries**
A: No just a smart phone

**Q: Can you turn this bulb off via your phone**
A: Yes you can ... I use an app called Smartlife rather then the energizer app as it's MUCH easier to pair the bulb with the app :)

I love these bulbs, they're much cheaper and far more reliable than my Phillips hue bulbs. I have ourchaded a couple now and plan to replace all my bulbs with these. It's convenient being able to turn the light off using the app. I often go to bed then realise I haven't switched a light off, now there's no more running around after I've gotten comfy in bed!!
