I have Guttate psoriasis, and I mostly got this to use it on my face, since that’s unfortunately my biggest problem area. This cream absolutely will *not* get rid of your spots, but it doesn’t irritate them like most moisturizers will, and it has certainly helped with the scaling due to the salicylic acid. I pair this moisturizer with the Kenkoderm soap bars, alternating between the dead mud soap and the mineral salt soap, and I use the cream after washing my face. I would buy again, since having this cream handy has helped a lot with applying my makeup, and I’ve been feeling a lot more confident without scales on my face. It would be nice if it was a bit cheaper, but the price point is perfectly fine for the quantity and quality. A little goes a long way for this product and I expect to have this tub for quite a while until I need to buy a new one.
