Q: Why does it look yellow in the picture I thought it supposed to look like stone/gray

It's so pretty; but the color is more of a beige/yellow and not stone/gray. I would still buy it because it is such a nice memorial.

Yes you can put this on your coffee table anywhere really. I put mine on my cats grave! Very nice peice. You will love it to memorialize your beloved pet!
