Is it paintable after drying?** A: This easily fills picture nail holes in walls prior to painting, but it didn’t work as well to fill the holes left after removing small plastic anchors. After several applications, with more than adequate drying time between each, the divots were still visible. The fluffy consistency doesn’t work well with a spackle tool. Your best bet is to go to the store and buy a little tub of the stuff that starts out pink and dries white. I’ve had 100% success with that. But to answer your question, yes, it is paintable after drying. **Q: My walls are textured with something like a sponge and I need to fill some small holes. Can I texture this stuff when applying?** A: I believe you would be better off using a vinyl spackle or dry wall mud. This product is probably too soft and brittle for a textured application. **Q: Can it handle a 2nd coat if needed, i.e., without affecting the 1st coat after it dries?** A: I had no issues with a 2nd coat when I used it. **Q: Freezing problems?** A: I have only used this product indoors.
