**Q: Mine produced some water but now the remaining crystals are one big solid lump. In the FAQs, Damp rid says they will eventually dissolve. Will they?**
A: Yes. It will eventually become all liquid.

**Q: Has anyone made a lid for the container? did it work? I was thinking of cutting slats in the lid as I fear the container could get knocked over.**
A: It should have come with a plastic lid.  Cut some slots in it, but remember its not going to work as quickly with a lid on it.

**Q: Where do you buy the crystals to refill?**
A: You don't refill.  You throw it out and buy a new one.

**Q: The water in the hanging bags in my home is yellow and green. please help me understand why that occurs?**
A: The water collected in the hanging bags is coming from the room the bag is hanging in - likely from microscopic water droplets that are creating the dampness you are trying to get rid of. Likely the water is attaching itself to something on your walls, ceiling and floors so that when the water gets pulled into the hanging bag, the tiny particles go with it - thus discoloring the water. Nicotine is one of the things that gets pulled in from cigarette smoke, dust collected on walls and cupboards also carries tiny particles of dust including dust from grass, leaves, etc. The discoloring of the water does not seem to effect the efficiency of the hanging bags - I have used dozens of these bags and they do an awesome job regardless of what color the collected water is.
