Poor quality product. Comes with very low quality and thin washers which do not completely make a watertight connection. Continuously drips no matter how much you tighten it. Looks good from the outside..but inside tubing wall thickness also very thin. Has pinhole leaks all throughout the length which result in rupturing of tube within few days. Installed this product on 22nd June and the pipe burst open on the 24th. Not suitable for shattafa where it's continuously exposed to water line pressure.

I bought this item to replace my old hose. I was satisfied in the ease of usage of this product. flexibility is in good narrative. it simply does the job but not exceed the expectation. easy to install and user friendly. I was just mistaken for the length since its very long compare to my previous hose. but all in all, its fine.

It started leaking around the seal linking to the shower head. So, I inserted the seal from the old hose and it is now sealed fine.

Broke with the first use

The shower pipe broke in 4 days 😟

The length was good, but the quality of the hose itself was bad. Today just suddenly heard water spraying in the washroom then saw the black hose inside this torn and the metal cover detached from the head and water was spraying all over the floor. Only was able to use it for 2 days. Basically threw money for nothing
