What should i do?** A: I had the same problem using Win 8.1. Here's what I did to resolve it: 1) Go to Control Panel. Click on Devices and Printers. 2) In the upper left corner click, on "Add Printer". A new window will appear and search for available printers on your system. If your printer is displayed, select it and follow instructions. 3). If not, at the bottom of the "add printer" window click on the arrow indicating that your printer was not displayed. A new window will pop up with a number of options. Select "Add a local printer...." and click Next. A list of printer manufacturers will appear on the left.
