The dermatologist sells it, and naturally wanted much more than I get it on Amazon and I could use Prime and Smile! I have sensitive skin and have always had to be careful that what I was using didn't have a lot of fragrance in it. My dermatologist said I could use it all over. So I use the Lite on my face, and the heavier Vanicream regular on my body. Sure is a lot less expensive than buying the expensive face and eye lotions I was purchasing. It goes on smoothly and disappears. My face doesn't have any dry spots, and feels good to touch and my eyes haven't been red and itchy - what more could a mature woman ask for. Am certain its great for all age groups.
