Does it come with one long & one short? Or is that stretched & unstretched size?** A: Yes, they are two different lengths and are unstretched size. **Q: Product description says 2019 updated version. What are the updates?** A: We change to two fix lengths bungee cords and thicker. The old design has two plastic adjusters which will break easily.
