I think so.. - I had the red twist-n-bend first, but I finally figured out I wasn't using it enough to fix tendonosis I had in both forearms (tennis elbow). I was reading about some people using it throughout the day, so I started doing that, maybe around 50-70 reps a day for about a month. It became so easy to do and my pain was finally going down, so I bought the green one to keep strengthening. This week I was finally feeling the pain was low enough to get back in the gym. The first day after the gym the pain came back, but I just kept doing my reps of 50-70 a day and my pain is slim to none in the first week back in the gym. I'll be sure to update this review if needed. For $10 give it a try, and stop the suffering. Make sure you really watch enough videos to learn how to use it properly. A lot of people use it wrong, even instructors on youtube. Edit- it's been about a month and my tendonitis pain is 90 percent gone. I still get flare ups because I'm hitting the gym hard about once a week, but I'm very happy with the results so far after so much pain and suffering.
