Since we add nothing to the nuts but the roasting you get the benefit of a raw nut with the flavor of a roasted nut. Our small batch process takes between thirty and forty minutes to roast using a special rotary drum. Because we roast using only the oils found naturally in the nuts a uniquely full flavor and taste. We produce a nut that is light in texture with a full natural flavor. This leaves you with a taste, texture and flavor unlike anything that you have ever had. Try us, you will not be disappointed!
