I can’t sleep from the pain, really, and I desperately started looking for anything to help. This pillow does, but not how I was expecting. For me, it is stiff, or a little too firm. The full pillow caused neck pain, I was surprised. I took out the middle (gloriously giving, i wish more if the pillow was like that!) which helped but it’s still not so nice as my partner’s temperpedic. However, I’ll keep it, it’s excellent for between my legs. I hadn’t slept for about a week, but this pillow supports my operated knee just right. I was able to catch a few hours of rest here and there, finally.
