External packaging is high quality, but pretzels are not packaged inside the retail shrink-wrapped box to prevent rattling (and breaking) during shipping. Too bad - pretzels taste pretty good, look appetizing (when not broken into pieces), and nice presentation box & packaging. We'd buy again if we saw them in a physical store and they didn't rattle, but these are NOT made to be shipped for online purchase.
