A: Hello! There are a 26 word family cards in this game – 4 of them are long vowel patterns so the emphasis is definitely short vowel word families.

**Q: How many different word families are included in this?**
A: There are two decks. One is a word family deck with 26 different word family cards. The other deck = consonant cards. Each word family card is different. I will not list them all. Here are a few: am, op, ay, ush, ock, ail, and ing.

**Q: Are there supposed to be an equal amount of purple and orange cards?**
A: No not an equal amount. There are supposed to be more beginning cards than ending ones.
