The hose reel seemed pricey but once we got it, it really was worth every penny. The construction and hardware are solid and there were no issues with the paint. It was fairly easy to install with power tools and truly makes a statement at our front yard. The one thing we changed was we sprayed the exposed silver screws with matte black Rustoleum to match and also to prevent rusting. We highly recommend this rose heel!

Sturdy, effective and suitable for the front of the house.Mounting instructions and hardware are excellent.Potential design upgrade: Align the mounting holes with the spacing of typical mortar joints in brick. Even after using a punch and brand new masonry bits with a powerful drill I couldn't make a dent in my brick so only used the upper holes at the top. I could slide the lower clips to reach vertical mortar lines.

We bought two of these reels and both of their water end-feed tubes were bent and needed to be properly aligned. This may be a manufacturing issue. I am mechanical and was able to correct. Also had to reassemble and tighten the locking screw holding the water end-feed tube on both of them. One screw was thread stripped and the reel had to be reversed in order to install. Otherwise, we like the sturdiness, appearance and operation of these reels.

Nice quality brass fittings and thick supply line hose. The body is made from a metal alloy and the handle is very sturdy. There isn't a lot of plastic on this hose reel and it secures easily to 16-on-center studs. But there's a fitting that leaks between the connection leading into the hose reel itself that is annoying the heck out of me. And no, it's not simply missing the washer. I'm going to try and fix it myself but if I'm unable, it's getting returned. Buyer beware.Edit: Was able to stop the leak. I really like this hose reel.

This product looks gorgeous and was easy to install. Feels extremely sturdy and easily supports my 100ft hose. Regardless of return policies, whenever I buy online I always do my due diligence. This product was substantially more expensive than competitors; however, I’m a strong believer in, “the truth is in the pudding“! This product is stylish, compact and has absolutely NO LEAKAGE. Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome wall mounted hose holder. I bought and installed one then bought two more to replace all for my new home. Very strong and durable plus oil rubbed bronze color to match my house. Only small issue are the concrete drill bits needed are really larger then the asked but you bore it out but a smidge more and you are good to go. Watch the video on the product lage and makes installation suppwr easy.

Bought this to replace a plastic reel that had busted. Easy install and holds our water hose great

The actual hose wheel was super easy to install. When we got to the attaching the handle portion the screw was already in place and we thought awesome, at least we won't lose it. Well unless you're the Hulk good luck getting this screw out to attach the handle. We tried the recommended screw driver, a drill and pliers to the get it out and it wouldn't budge. Unfortunately it stripped the screw so now not only do we have to get the f-er out but we have to replace the screw. And there is no option to contact the seller on Amazon so we're left to our own devices here. Just be careful.

Ma femme a trouvé ce truc très moche et c'est pas faux mais:Ca enroule 40 ou 50 mettres de tuyau, c'est d'une efficacité redoutable, on enroule sans forcer, il n'y a pas une goutte d'eau qui fuit et c'est du solide. Même si le concepteur est un peu secoué au niveau du design, c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. A acheter sans hésitation

It looks great on the wall, really easy to use and no hose getting tangled. A lot easier to reel the hose back in as you do not have to try to keep it still whilst doing it.Would definitely recommend this product.
