It has various odd readings on the screen along with moisture under the display. This unit, as with the other two, connected to the app quickly, reads pool temp accurately and is great to see the surface water temp at will, but that's where the good stops. The first unit I purchased 4 years ago, lasted two seasons (2 years) before failing. The second unit lasted just over one year, now this most recent unit lasted only 3 months. Being able to see the pool temp on our La Crosse weather station in the morning helps us decide whether to fire up the heater without actually going outside to check the temp. As others have mentioned, the display gets cloudy with condensation making it hard to read.
