This tea alleviated all the pain, gas, and discomfort that comes with diverticulitis. My situation is complicated with perforation and drinking this tea “morning blend in the morning, and half morning blend/regular blend at lunchtime, with regular blend at night” has saved me. I was able to integrate foods into my diet within a few days after a horrible bout that landed me on IV antibiotics for 3 days! I read the reviews, took it to heart, and with a leap of faith bought the morning/regular blend. At that point anything was worth a try with the pain I was in. The tea has a pleasant flavor all on its own. It is light and settle my stomach within 15-20 minutes of my first sip. It truly is a game changer for me. I loved it so much I bought some for my mother who suffers the same fate. She loves it as much as I do. I am a TRUE believer and will be a lifetime customer!!! I have purchased the probiotics, digestive tea, morning comfort and diverticulitis tea. I love it all. The tea relieves the pain from the diverticulitis in minutes. Saves me from ending up in the er. I also noticed it helps my gastritis as well. Flavor and smell are amazing. No sugar needed! I highly recommend calming blends products. A true life saver.

This tea helps keep you regular without any side effects. The directions recommend no more than 3 cups per day and you REALLY want to figure that advice.
