It is a VERY aggressive treatment for sarcoids and it will get worse before it gets better. Make sure to not put on healthy skin, as it will burn that off too and leave more irritation. My 8year old mare had a flat sarcoid about the size of a quarter on her neck and I applied as directed and scab/tumors fell out after 4-5 days and left with deep craters that had to cleaned and medicated twice daily. We’re still healing up and hair is starting to grow back. Overall happy with product.
