Perfect fit seems pretty durable, there was a bent corner upon opening package however still better price than the z1 shield and it does its job well. Review: Awesome! - Worked for me! Much better than the plastic garbage. Peace of mind knowing I've got something rigid down there and the oil change opening is super helpful. You won't be disappointed! Quality is good and fit was perfect! ## Features - Fitment: Compatible with 2003-2009 Nissan 350Z; Compatible with 2003-2006 Infiniti G35 RWD Sedan; Compatible with 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe; Compatible with 2007-2008 Infiniti G35 Sedan 2WD; Compatible with 2003-2008 Infiniti G35X Sedan - Lightweight & More protection: These under tray were developed to avoid your critical engine parts under the car and also because the cheap plastic OE shield deteriorates over time and usually ends up on the highway behind you somewhere - High Performance: Added vents help hot air escape from the engine compartment and more clearance for deeper oil pans and bigger sway bars. The bottom is even more important to have in place as it is much easier for air to escape there - More rigidity: Help give the lower front fascia much more rigidity also, As you probably know, running without the shield in place at high speeds can do serious damage to the front fascia as it will droop down and can rip apart - Easy oil change & Easy cleaning: With the integrated oil change access door all you have to do is unload 2 bolts and you have ample room to get to the oil filter and drain plug. Durable powder coated finish Provides extra durability and easy cleaning ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B088H3BL6R | | Best Sellers Rank | #99,038 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #56 in Engine Case Guards | | Brand | ECOTRIC | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (176) | | Date First Available | May 12, 2020 | | Exterior | Metallic Finish | | Item Weight | 9.28 pounds | | Item model number | VC-LYAM-439 | | Manufacturer | ECOTRIC | | Manufacturer Part Number | VC-LYAM-439 | | Model | VC-LYAM-439 | | Package Dimensions | 39 x 20 x 2.5 inches | ## Images ![Engine Splash Shield Compatible with 03-09 350Z 03-08 Infiniti G35 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7183QzGzDsL.jpg) ![Engine Splash Shield Compatible with 03-09 350Z 03-08 Infiniti G35 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6138NUVQ3YL.jpg) ![Engine Splash Shield Compatible with 03-09 350Z 03-08 Infiniti G35 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61xvmijyi2L.jpg) ![Engine Splash Shield Compatible with 03-09 350Z 03-08 Infiniti G35 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61dKAhrLzsL.jpg) ![Engine Splash Shield Compatible with 03-09 350Z 03-08 Infiniti G35 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61UjGTOXsuL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this shield comes with installation instructions? Much better than the plastic garbage. Peace of mind knowing I've got something rigid down there and the oil change opening is super helpful. You won't be disappointed! Quality is good and fit was perfect! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easier than an IKEA assembly! *by A***Y on April 15, 2026* Even without instructions, it's fairly straightforward on how to assemble and install this! I managed to get it installed in less than an hour, all before clocking in for work! The edges could use some extremely mild deburring, but at this price, and with how mild the burs are, I'm not too concerned. Overall, highly satisfied! ## Frequently Bought Together - ECOTRIC Engine Splash Shield Aluminum Compatible with 2003-2009 Nissan 350Z 2003-2008 Infiniti G35 RWD Sedan G35 Sedan 2WD G35 Sedan 2WD G35 Coupe Skid Plate Under Tray Engine Cover Easy Oil Change - GOOACC GRC-70 35PCS Engine Under Cover Splash Shield Guard Body Bolts Bumper Fender Liner Push Retainer Fastener Rivet Clips , black - Garage-Pro Fender Liner SET Compatible with 2003-2005 Nissan 350Z Front, Driver and Passenger Side, Front Section --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/211215590-engine-splash-shield-compatible-with-03-09-350z-03-08](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/211215590-engine-splash-shield-compatible-with-03-09-350z-03-08) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
