Wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much but so happy that I did. The sleeve fits under my leggings so it is not so noticeable at the Y. Causes your own body to generate moist heat under the sleeve. Great support and decreased pain and swelling.

I had a sleeve just like this many years ago. Still wear it but it is a bit worn. It was called Active 650. Best sleeve ever. The company moved to the UK. I have searched and searched for something similar...and finally found this sleeve. It is exactly the same material. This sleeve is a but pricey but worth every penny. Never rolls down very comfortable ..providing you buy the correct size.I purchase this item.and it arrived the next day. I wanted to return it for a larger size but it does not seem to come it XL. I will keep this in hopes it will stretch a bit.Again,best sleeve I have ever worn.

Offers good support, but is a little uncomfortable behind the knee as a deep fold happens there. Does stay in place really well, unfortunately that is because it makes your knee sweat like crazy.

I've only been using the knee brace for about a week, but from what I can tell, this is a sturdy and well made product. As others have noted, this brace doesn't have any "hot spots" (as many cheaper products tend to have). And my brace clings to me like a second skin -- no curling, sagging, sliding, dropping, etc.Is it a bit on the pricy side? Maybe -- but the cost is relative to how long it lasts. I've had inexpensive braces that tended to unravel and/or loosen after a few weeks use. If this brace holds together (and so far, there's no indication it won't), it would wind up being worth as much as 3 or 4 of the cheaper ones. Also, I just like the fact the product is made in the USA.So currently, I give it 5 stars overall, and 3 stars for "Value for money" -- but that value rating stands to go up, depending on how the brace holds together.ETA: Okay... I've been wearing this knee brace pretty much every day for the past 2 1/2 months, and it still seems to be going strong... So I'm upping its "Value for money" to 5 stars. :)

I purchased the Body Helix full knee support on recommendation by my Orthopaedic Dr. Although it's a bit pricey compared to other similar knee supports, this really does the job it's designed to do. It gives good even support around the entire knee joint without any hot spots. It's very comfortable to wear and I get less pain when on my feet all day. I wear it when I go to the gym as well and it keeps my knee in proper alignment thereby allowing me to get the full benefit of my workout/exercise routine. The only downside which is relatively minor is that it does hold the perspiration so after I remove it my knee is rather moist , which makes it a little more difficult to remove but it's really just a minor inconvenience . All in all its a very well made support and helps me tremendously . Plus it is machine washable.

Fit not right for support. Material makes me sweaty. I do not wear it.

Pros: comfortable, stays put, keeps knee warm, mild compression/support, not maximal (if you don't want max support). I use them for non-competitive squatting, lunging, and other quad-dominant leg exercises.Cons: mild compression/support, not maximal. If you want more support/compression for heavy squatting, buy a 5mm or 7mm thick sleeve. This sleeve is about 3mm. VERY EXPENSIVE. One of these costs more than a pair of 5mm of 7mm sleeves!
